Consultation for behaviour
Need some help with your son/daughter? Susan is available for on-site consultation to observe, interact with and assist in developing a plan for redirecting behaviour.
The cornerstones for Susan’s approach to helping change behaviours are: look at the whole person; use the person’s strengths and build; be solution focussed; and everyone can change. If you feel you need help with your son/daughter contact Susan. She is available for on-site consultation to observe, interact with and assist in developing a plan for reframing and redirecting to achieve successful behaviour change.
Planning with family members for the future.
Planning for transitions makes for very smooth and happy changes in a person’s life. Susan can assist with planning for your son/daughter to ensure successful transition. This planning is done on an individual basis with the person with a disability, their family and selected interested support people.
Coaching for successful advocating.
Successful advocating makes a difference. Getting what is needed for a person means less stress, worry and heartache. You can have this by successful advocating. Susan helps with coaching. Understanding what you need and what it will take to get it are the first steps.
